"html1500: tag cannot self-closing. use explicit closing tag. index.aspx, line 1094 character 41"

affects performance of web application. see using internet explorer. error affects performance of web application? , can give me valid article support if affects or not ?

How to remove text and logo OR add Overflow on Android ActionBar using AppCompat on API 8? -
