flex - Recording video in Flash to a file locally -


i know many such questions have been asked before of them outdated 3 years back. can please me out this:

i need record video webcam duration of hour using flash. 1 option directly stream server. in case, possible record video in flash without streaming media server red5 or adobe media server? wish store locally on file system.

if possible, can transmit file in chunks media server. intention behind that: when user using it, not want eat of bandwidth , should have rnough bandwidth able browse other sites in parallel (to enrich experience). can, in limited duration stream buffered part.

is possible?
