android - What's the meaning of xxxxx-1.apk? -


i install apk , package name com.qihoo.appstore. why in /data/app directory name com.qihoo.appstore-2.apk. question meaning of "-2" in last?

basically, file download has same name 1 available number behind name has, explains why have number there.
can confusing if got different versions each apk , can't remember 1 one want use.
fixing it, either have delete older ones have no number and/or lower number in file name, or make list of version gotten each numbered , non-numbered file.
