Prevent copy-pasted base64 encoded images in WordPress post editor -

when editing post in wordpress post editor, it's possible directly copy-paste in image.

the problem is, stores image data in database, increasing database size , causing potential performance issues. (consider wordpress stores post revisions every draft.)

is possible disable in order prevent happening?

i'm using this plugin prevent copy-pasted base64 images. doesn't disable (it check editor 1,5 seconds , remove base64 images), seems decent workaround.
