oracle - Installer is unable to instantiate the file ...\KEY_XE.reg. The file does not appear to exist -


i keep getting error when trying install oracle express edition on windows 64. searched online , posts found missing registry entry. actual file missing in case. have uninstalled, rebooted, , re-installed several times.

all need :"just click ok" , throw away. not blocking issue install it.
