character - Bad permalinks adding "%20%E2%80%8E" -

some (although not all) of permalinks won't work. work , having variants of "%20%e2%80%8e" added end of them, giving me 404 message.

i've tried deactivating plug ins had no difference , work, unlikely that. have checked hidden characters cannot seem find any.

can think of viable reason/solution error?
