ruby - "Internal error" when pushing to Heroku -
whenever try push repo heroku, absurdly unhelpful error:

i've tried deleting , recreating app, deleting , recreating gemfile lock, adding procfile, , declaring ruby version '1.9.3' (which use locally). app runs without complaint locally. wrong?
pushed exact same code without modification heroku hour or later.
this service problem heroku.
