additional information october 7, 2013 , applications received have header "host" in accordance http 1.1 specification. header not required under http 1.0 . ipn , pdt scripts use http 1.0 may fail error " http/1.0 400 bad request " type 7 october 2013. consequently, ipn messages can not validated or pdt scripts not retrieve information transactions.
