php - Connect to IBM DB2 from Codeigniter -


i have never worked db2 before. trying connect codeigniter. have used following settings in database config file:

$db['default']['hostname'] = 'ipaddress'; $db['default']['port'] = 'portnumber'; $db['default']['username'] = 'uname'; $db['default']['password'] = 'pword'; $db['default']['database'] = 'mydbname'; //$db['default']['dbdriver'] = 'pdo'; $db['default']['dbdriver'] = 'odbc'; $db['default']['dbprefix'] = ''; $db['default']['pconnect'] = false; $db['default']['db_debug'] = true; $db['default']['cache_on'] = false; $db['default']['cachedir'] = ''; $db['default']['char_set'] = 'utf8'; $db['default']['dbcollat'] = 'utf8_general_ci'; $db['default']['swap_pre'] = ''; $db['default']['autoinit'] = true; $db['default']['stricton'] = false;

and throws following error:

unable connect database server using provided settings. filename: c:\xampp\htdocs\archive\system\database\db_driver.php

again, totally new db2, in case need install (i assume driver included in latest ci download) or need define dsn (please let me know how if require that) please let me know, appreciate help.

yes, need install ibm data server client package, or @ least runtime client. download appropriate driver http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27016878

i trying configure multiple instances of tomcat (7) behind single domain in iis. tomcat instances both run on separate ports. have installed tomcat isapi_rediect.dll , configured iis. everything works redirector, except (you knew coming) being told "all other traffic must mapped 1 of 2 instances (they different applications). more accurate requests except specific pattern need mapped 1 worker , specific pattern (/rpt) needs go other worker. i have 2 workers defined in workers.properties: worker.list=ajp13_1,ajp13_2 worker.ajp13_1.port=8009 worker.ajp13_2.port=8010 and following in uriworkermap.properties: /wxx|/*=ajp13_1 /rpt|/*=ajp13_2 with this, seems fine. except (considerable) number of request not include wxx scope. need map rpt , sub content ajp3_2 , other requests ajp3_1. if add /|*=ajp13_1 then ajp3_2 becomes unreachable , wildchar match maps /rpt/* uri ajp3_1. is there way trying do? appreciate help- have spent time reading same references ...
