android - Cant launch program on Galaxy Nexus 7 -


i'm trying launch base program create new android project in eclipise. i've followed steps google provide @ this link , have enabled developer options on tablet itself.

my device brand new nexus 7 , i've updated latest version of android 4.3 when go launch app android application says no avd can found. however, according linked documentation don't need one.

i've checked android device chooser , there nothing in "choose running android device" table.

has else experienced issues launching , debugging app on nexus?
