php - Joomla 3.1 - Login to admin section only from one host possible -


it seems pretty common issue login admin section not working properly.

but haven't found scenario facing.

i have set joomla 3.1 on host of mine, uploading files local pc web server.

i have set page , working fine.

the problem have able log admin section (page.com/administrator) when opening local pc without issues.

but when try open same page tablet, phone, other pc, laptop, message 'ussername , password dont match'.

i checked credentials multiple times , right.

so, question is: why can log admin section 1 computer, not other one? there setting missed? did not fiddle around in system settings now, feel free kind of advice :)
