i have 20 columns of values in excel sheet , each has 2 12 rows, want cut values of second column values , paste in first column 13th row , cut values of third column , paste in first column 25 row , on

instead of cutting , pasting can easier create beside new table desired layout using formula (reference desired cell). can copy/paste value .
